We may collect a parent or guardian’s name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, order details and messages sent through the website. For personalized lost-tooth experiences, we may also collect a child’s first or preferred name, age range, lost-tooth details, selected Fairy Agent and other information voluntarily included in the Official Lost Tooth Report. Payments are processed through Wix and its payment providers; we do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to process orders, personalize certificates and experiences, deliver digital or physical products, respond to questions, provide order updates, review dental-partner applications, maintain business records and improve our services. Marketing emails are sent only when an adult chooses to subscribe and may be unsubscribed from at any time.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are intended to be purchased and managed by parents or legal guardians. Children should not submit forms, create accounts or make purchases without adult assistance. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without a parent or guardian’s involvement. A parent or guardian may contact us to request review or deletion of a child’s information.
